Build user interface the way you like

TIBS Teller Platform uses TIBS UI Engine for its user interface (UI) rendering. TIBS UI Engine is designed in such a way that it is decoupled from the business logic. Screen layouts, validation rules and events can easily be built or modified using WYSIWYG UI template editors without tedious programming.

Integrated signature verification function

TIBS Teller Platform provides an integrated account signature image retrieval and display functionality for teller verifcation purpose. Tellers no longer need to leave their counters for physical signature card retrieval.

Remote override

Teller transactions do not have to be approved on the same terminal. Transactions can be routed to another terminal for off-counter single- or multiple-level overrides.

Smart card authentication support

TIBS Teller Platform is smart card enabled, allowing you the flexibility to choose if you want smart card only, password only, or both smart card and password authentication.

Passbook printer document designer

TIBS Teller Platform provides a WYSIWYG tool for you to design document templates used with passbook printers. This means you can easily layout templates according to the pre-printed slip or passbook format, without any programming. Any new passbook printers can be used with the document designer by specifying the basic navigation commands (e.g. linefeed, carriage return). This makes it easy for you to have different types of printers running in one system at the same time.
